In this interactive cooking class, explore rich, authentic flavors from Southeast Asian cuisines. Chef Regina will help you discover traditional meals from the Philippines and Thailand. 


Begin by preparing fresh lettuce wraps filled with ground chicken and savory ingredients. For your main dish, create a Filipino favorite: braised pork adobo infused with bold flavors. Next, toss jasmine rice, toasted coconut and coconut milk to make a wholesome, tropical side dish. End your meal with a crispy banana spring roll paired with fresh coconut ice cream for an impressive dessert!

Chef Regina is a seasoned culinary professional. She loves menu development and creating seasonal dishes with what is specifically in season. She taught me how to make one of the mother sauces, bechamel. Mac n cheese is one of my favorite dishes. I was very excited about learning this.
