Cooking Class: Make a Contemporary Mediterranean Menu

Celebrate the bounty of the sun-soaked Mediterranean coast in this exciting in-person cooking class. With guidance from Chef Dennis, you'll learn the rich history and time-honored techniques for creating some of the best dishes of the region. 

Prepare crab cakes with a hearty dash of Greek flavor, make pan-seared shrimp flavored with zesty garlic and lemon and whip up a healthful salad loaded with garden vegetables loaded with fresh flavor. And for dessert, discover the magic of roasted peaches sweetened with honey and topped with creamy lemon ricotta.  


Greek-Style Crab Cakes

With parsley, dill and Greek yogurt-garlic sauce or tzatziki 

Pan-Seared Lemon Garlic Shrimp
