To start, you'll toss together a crisp, refreshing cucumber salad featuring a tangy homemade Asian vinaigrette. Then, you'll master the art of sushi-making, starting by learning how to prepare the perfect sushi rice. Chef Daniel will teach you how to slice fish and vegetables for sushi before showing you how to roll the ingredients together like a pro. End this class with a sweet dessert of creamy vanilla tapioca.

Chef Daniel first discovered his culinary passions while working at his family's restaurant. By the age of 16, he earned the place of executive chef and later studied at Le Cordon Bleu culinary school. His career is filled with diverse experience, including at 5-star hotels and country clubs, and plenty of accolades including two prestigious James Beard Awards. With a love for cooking in his blood and tons of valuable knowledge to share, Chef Daniel makes for the ideal culinary instructor.
