Cooking Class: Make a Menu of Pizzeria Classics
Create your own pizza from scratch in this hands-on cooking class. Chef Dos will teach you the art of making a perfect pie with your selection of toppings alongside some classic pizzeria eats.
Start by making the perfect homemade Caesar salad with handmade croutons and dressing. Then, roll up your sleeves to create, knead and shape pizza dough for a traditional pizza featuring pepperoni or cheese. You’ll also learn to create a Detroit-style deep dish crust and top it with your favorite ingredients. Finally, you’ll bake calzones, filled with melty cheese, pepperoni and fresh veggies.
