Chef Vivian was wonderful to work with. I was having an awful day and she went above and beyond to cheer me up. The food was delicious, she is very knowledgeable and approachable, please do work with her!

Chef Vivian started her class with showing me how to properly cut the ingredients. She was a great teacher and made sure to inform me of the safety precautions when chopping. The dish she showed me was shrimp creole. I cannot wait to create this dish again.

She has studied culinary arts in France, Italy, Spain and Africa, and has perfected the art of cooking New Orleans and French cuisines. Having owned a farm in North Carolina, Chef Vivian is adept at using fresh, hyper-local ingredients in her cooking. With a doctorate degree in educational leadership, Chef Vivian is eager to spread her passion for all things culinary and to help any home chef get confident in the kitchen.
