Take your favorite Mediterranean dishes into your own hands with this engaging cooking class. Culinary expert Chef Nathan will teach you how to elevate staple Mediterranean dishes using vibrant and simple ingredients so that you'll never need to order takeout again!


Your Mediterranean meal will begin with crispy homemade crostinis topped with a luxurious olive and red pepper tapenade. Learn how to make completely vegan falafel bites with fresh chickpeas and lentils. Discover a staple tzatziki recipe that's wonderfully simple to whip up whenever you want it, in addition to a recipe for perfectly creamy, garlicky hummus. End the meal with a Mediterranean favorite by layering flaky phyllo dough, walnuts and honey to craft a classically sweet baklava.
