Cooking Class: Master Traditional Italian Cooking Techniques

Step into a traditional Italian "cucina" with this interactive cooking class led by Chef Nathan. You'll get an exclusive lesson from a culinary expert who will teach you the various skills and methods that make Italian cuisine so delicious and loved. From sourcing fresh ingredients to handmaking pasta and balancing flavor profiles, you'll leave this course with a ton of valuable know-how in your cooking repertoire. 

First, you'll learn how to make a classic tomato bruschetta drizzled with olive oil and a balsamic reduction to start your meal. For your main course, knead together and roll out dough for pasta which will be used as a bed for a creamy chicken Alfredo. Enjoy a side of grilled asparagus complemented by salty, sizzling bacon and garlic. End your meal with a luxuriously textured panna cotta infused with vanilla bean and topped with seasonal fruit.
