Indulge in a refreshing shrimp ceviche you’ll love to prepare for future dinner parties. Next, you’ll learn how to perfectly cook a succulent white fish topped with creamy coconut salsa. You’ll learn how simple it is to make fried green plantains and you'll serve them with a savory peanut butter sauce for a delicious pairing that will become your new favorite snack. For dessert, you’ll learn how to prepare an exotic cheesecake infused with the vibrant flavors of passion fruit and lime.

Amazing and knowledge people! Not only were we taught how to make some delicious foods but we learned a lot about Ecuadorian and Venezuelan culture!! 10/10 would book again!!!

Chef Luis and his wife Sabrina are a perfect duo! Chef Luis is a culinary business owner in Miami and a culinary ambassador for Ecuador. He also will be starring on a Columbian Cooking Show where he greatly shows off his skills. These two will not disappoint!
