Make the decadent chocolate treats of your dreams in this cooking class led by Chef Vanessa. An expert in all things culinary, Chef Vanessa will teach you all about the delicate science of chocolate-making and how to create artful, delicious bite-sized truffles. You'll learn recipes and methods for creating luscious chocolate ganache and you'll have a vast array of tantalizing toppings and fillings to make your chocolate truffle dreams come true.
Cooking classes on Classpop! are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase beer to enjoy during the class.

Vanessa is absolutely fabulous! Her energy is a great pilot for her food. We had the pleasure of being welcomed into her home for an intimate cooking experience for my boyfriend’s birthday. It did not disappoint! Menu was excellent and Vanessa was nice enough to pack us all the leftovers. My boyfriend is Italian and was so pumped to make the cookies he grew up eating, but never knew how to make. Highly recommend and would book another class for sure

I had the pleasure of doing two cooking classes with Chef Vanessa. They were so much fun, such a great personality and the menu was amazing. I have made them a couple of times and everyone loved it. Crab cakes with the yogurt Remoulade were amazing. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Chef Vanessa is a classically-trained chef who left her corporate accounting career to follow her passion for cooking. Since beginning her new career as a chef instructor, she has assumed many roles teaching inner-city teens, parents, seniors and cafeteria staff across Massachusetts healthy cooking on a budget. Chef Vanessa recently launched her own walking food tour business in Worcester and can also be found hosting cooking classes at the Boston Public Market.
