You'll get to learn cooking methods and tips from an expert as you become immersed in the richness of Indian culture.
This engaging course will kick off with a crowd-pleasing favorite: naan bread. That's right, you'll get to make warm, doughy naan by hand with simple techniques that you'll be able to recreate at home whenever you want. Also on your menu are hearty chicken shawarma bowls with a zesty curry flavor and wonderfully aromatic turmeric-spiced basmati rice. You'll learn a staple recipe for creamy tzatziki sauce and enjoy a sweet coconut ladoo for dessert.
