You'll start this fun course with a delightful bruschetta appetizer topped with fresh mozzarella, ripe tomatoes and a balsamic reduction. Then, you'll mix, shape and cook your own pasta. Choose from a spicy arrabbiata sauce with shrimp or a divine brown butter and sage cream sauce for your pasta. Chef Sachet arrived on time. She explained and demonstrated the step by step instructions of how to make fresh pasta as we followed her lead.. Chef Sachet was personable and engaging. It was an educational and fun evening. By the way the pasta dish was amazing! Can't wait to have her back.
