Get a zesty taste of Spain in this fun, hands-on cooking class with Chef Joss. You'll get to make an authentic, shareable meal perfect for a summer evening, with a vibrant seafood paella as the star. Bring your favorite bottle of red wine for a fruity sangria so you can sip and celebrate the spirit of Spain while you cook.
To start, you'll create a savory appetizer of fresh mussels with spicy chorizo. Next, Chef Joss will teach you how to prepare a classic shrimp and smoky sausage paella, seasoned with plenty of rich saffron and fresh cilantro. For dessert, enjoy another Spanish classic: crunchy, sweet fried churros served with a rich chocolate dipping sauce.

Chef Joss graduated from DeSales University and attended NCC’s culinary program. She’s used her culinary talents to own and operate her own catering business, teach cooking classes, and work as a food stylist for popular television programs. She also specializes in ethnic and fusion cuisines, and she truly delights in teaching the art of cooking to aspiring chefs of all ages.
