Cooking Class: Artisanal Asian Dumplings Made By You
Become an expert in the age-old art of dumpling-making in this interactive cooking class with Chef Joss. After this course, you'll know several authentic Asian recipes that will make takeout a thing of the past, including dumplings and mouthwatering sauces.
To begin, you'll put together a traditional side dish of refreshing cucumber kimchi to enjoy with your dumplings. After hand-making your dumpling dough and preparing your fillings, it's time to practice filling, folding and cooking your pork and shrimp dumplings. Chef Joss will guide you through the process as you choose to make your dumplings fried or steamed. You'll also get to learn recipes for tangy ponzu sauce and savory chili oil, both of which will become regular staples in your own home kitchen.
