During this hands-on cooking class with Chef Mike, you'll prepare five courses using fresh produce and ingredients from the season's harvest. You'll learn valuable skills like how to emulsify, select fresh ingredients and balance various flavor profiles.
To start, you'll prepare a pillowy ricotta gnocchi with spring peas and ham before hand-rolling lamb meatballs, which you'll serve alongside a refreshing and tangy arugula salad. Up next, you'll enjoy a savory dish featuring salmon and seasonal vegetables in a velvety beurre blanc sauce you'll want to recreate at home. Lastly, you'll end on a sweet note with a rich and decadent chocolate soufflé for dessert.
