Cooking Class: Greek Cooking 101

In this hands-on cooking class with Chef Marc, you'll learn valuable culinary tips and techniques as you prepare some of the best traditional Greek dishes, including favorites such as creamy tzatziki sauce, limoncello tiramisu and so much more. You'll begin with an appetizer of feta-stuffed zucchini balls to serve with your made-from-scratch tzatziki sauce. Then, you'll create a hearty seven-vegetable couscous dish featuring beef, chicken, lamb and a variety of aromatic spices before concluding with your sweet citrusy dessert.
