Cooking Class: Argentine-Style Pasta

In this cooking class, Chef Gustavo will teach you how to make sorrentinos, an Argentine spin on classic Italian ravioli. After whipping together fresh pasta dough, you'll learn to fill each ravioli with cheese, spinach and ham, which you will then top with fresh tomato sauce. This class offers a unique and worldly culinary experience.
