After whipping together fresh pasta dough, you'll learn to fill each ravioli with cheese, spinach and ham, which you will then top with fresh tomato sauce. As a self-proclaimed foodie or Hispanic heritage - I had high expectations, and Chef Gustavo did not disappoint. Not only was the food orgasmically AMAZING but it was an evening filled with great conversation about culture, history, and so much more! The laughs were not scarce thanks to Chef Gustavo. I can't wait to do this again.
