Chef Elon will teach you how to create a unique selection of Korean small plates (banchan) that fuse Southern flavors and ingredients with timeless Korean culinary techniques. Kimchi meets collard greens in savory Korean pancakes. Kimbap sushi is made with pickled vegetable chow chow and a slow southern flare. Honey and pecan-filled hotteok cakes — with a bourbon glaze as sticky and sweet as a Southern summer night — complete this stunning menu.

Chef Elon was fantastic and is such a great teacher! He is a top notch professional and has a wealth of culinary knowledge. He engaged us the entire time and we didn’t want the class to end. It’s a perfect place to have a culinary class and enjoy a meal. I highly recommend Chef Elon to anyone in the Charlotte area!
