In this fun, hands-on cooking class, you’ll work with Chef Laura to create an Italian feast from scratch. Northern Italian fare is traditionally heavy on meat — but this meal offers a lighter take. To begin, you’ll “massage” kale to tenderize it for a Caesar salad. You’ll then craft gnocchi from scratch, using only fresh ingredients like ricotta and lemon. For the entree, Chef Laura will show you how to cook beef short ribs in a pressure cooker. To cap the meal, you’ll whip up a classic Italian dessert: tiramisu.
