Cooking Class: Lush French Spread
In this hands-on cooking class, you’ll learn the skills and techniques needed to create an impressive French feast. You’ll first prepare a pancetta and goat cheese crostini drizzled with honey, and a robust salad with pickled onion and feta cheese. For the entree, you’ll cook ratatouille and cauliflower risotto paired with marinated lamb chops. To finish the meal, Chef Jar will teach you how to whip up a lip-smacking raspberry souffle topped with powdered sugar and whipped cream.

Chef Jar has an amazing personality and a serious passion for what he does! He was such a great individual to provide our experience for the evening. Chef Jar is a passionate chef, a virtuoso of many diverse cuisines and the champion of several culinary competitions. After earning his culinary degree, Chef Jar traveled the world as a Hibachi and Teppanyaki Chef to bring his impressive dishes (and a little thrill) to hungry guests far and wide. He has studied nearly all types of culinary styles and techniques, but loves to explore Japanese, French, Indian and Latin cuisines.
