For the entree, you’ll cook ratatouille and cauliflower risotto paired with marinated lamb chops. To finish the meal, Chef Jar will teach you how to whip up a lip-smacking raspberry souffle topped with powdered sugar and whipped cream.

The class was a blast! The 6 of us learned a bunch of new techniques and styles of cooking! Chef Jar had a lot of energy and brought the humor! We've been telling all our friends about it and we're ready for round 2 for a new night of fun!!

My wife and I set up a cooking class at our house for our date night. It was extremely memorable and enjoyable!
Chef Jar is an excellent chef and is extremely engaging. He takes the time to explain every aspect and purpose of what he is doing as he cooks and is very patient to answer questions.
Chef Jar is also extremely organized and professional. I would highly recommend. Also, the food was absolutely amazing as well!

Chef Jar is a super fun personality to learn from. He is extremely knowledgeable and makes cooking fun. He taught me how to make a simple homemade brown sauce to top a juicy steak with. He talked about the importance of knowing the science of the ingredients and how they cook. I would love to learn more from Chef Jar another time.
