In this interactive cooking class, Chef Sure guides guests through an explorative menu featuring the bold flavors of African cuisine infused with global influences. Begin the meal with a vibrant fusion dish of spring rolls with peppered beef shank skewers punctuated by habanero peppers and fresh vegetables. For the main course, a smoky jollof rice pairs with a luscious stewed chicken. Finish the meal with an African fried dough, puff-puff, paired with a refreshing Chapman, a fizzy, bitter-sweet beverage.

I have been eating series of African and Western Cuisine prepared by her in the past one year. Clearly, I can say that they have the best food for clients with diverse taste and backgrounds. Their food is always fresh with right flavor. They deliver food that taste good and super delicious. They have amazingly and friendly employee who are always willing to help. Their prices are pocket friendly.

Her time teaching hospitality management and running two large restaurant kitchens gave her a passion for showing others how to balance meals with spices. Chef Suri has a YouTube cooking channel and is working on introducing her own African-fusion spice blends to the market. She is eager to share he knowledge with all aspiring chefs.
