Featuring a menu of elevated twists on classic brunch dishes, you will practice a range of techniques to make an impressive brunch spread at home. Enhance your culinary skills with this modern menu as you bake vegan scones topped with a zesty lemon and ginger glaze, create a smooth hollandaise for eggs Benedict and infuse fresh fruit with a unique elderflower liqueur paired with light and airy whipped cream.

Steve was full of smiles and jokes while cooking his favorite dishes for us. He is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to cooking. I will be dreaming about his chocolate mousse until I recreate it myself.

Chef Steve has over 22 years of experience in the food industry. He has worked all across the East Coast in restaurants, hotels, country clubs, bakeries, coffee shops and more. He spent a decade traveling across North America and South America. Over the last year, he has been teaching live cooking classes. Chef Steve specializes in gourmet breakfast and dinner foods, and is passionate about helping others build their confidence in the kitchen.
