Cooking Class: Brilliant French Bistro Spread

Transport to a Parisian bistro in this unique cooking class with Chef Linda. You’ll learn how to prepare four quintessential French recipes from scratch, beginning with French onion soup and a classic Lyon salad. Next, you’ll learn the secret to cooking melt-in-your-mouth steak or pan-roasted herb chicken, served with distinctly French pommes frites (French fries). For dessert, you’ll craft a perfect crème brûlée or apple tarte Tatin. Throughout the class, Chef Linda will teach you the history of each dish and give you tips for how to replicate the meal at home.

Chef Linda was fantastic- organized, knowledgeable and friendly. I got purchased this experience as a gift for my partner because we have a special connection to New Orleans. We had so much fun cooking and eating delicious food (some recipes were from restaurants we had been to!) and learning. Would definitely recommend to a friend and want to take more classes from Chef Linda in the future!
