To start, you'll make aloo roti, an Indian tortilla-like appetizer stuffed with potatoes and savory spices. Next, you'll learn how to prepare chile relleno with vegan chorizo or carnitas, which you'll serve alongside authentic Spanish rice. Lastly, you'll blend up a frozen mango lassi rimmed with sweet and salty chamoy to end your fusion experience with something refreshing and invigorating.

Chef Momo was fun, engaging, and knowledgeable. She came on-site along with all the ingredients for a team building event. We had fun, tasted delicious new foods, got to know Chef Momo and each other through the enriching experience of preparing and eating good food together. I will be inviting her back again!

Chef Michelle is a private chef, entrepreneur and all-around culinary extraordinaire nicknamed by many as Chef Momo. She launched her own personal chef business in Portland where she provides a variety of culinary experiences like personal chef experiences, virtual and in-person cooking classes, and workshops. Some of Chef Michelle's talent as a personal chef has let even her into the kitchen of many A-list clients, including executives and NBA players.
