Craft Moroccan favorites from scratch in this flavorful hands-on cooking class with Chef Linda.


The meal starts with briouats, pastries stuffed with spinach, cream cheese, onions and aromatic spices, fried until golden and flaky. Then, simmer a hearty chicken stew filled with chickpeas and apricots as your main course. On the side, enjoy fluffy couscous cooked with almonds, raisins and mint. Finally, you'll end the class on a sweet note with a traditional Moroccan dessert, walnut ghribas.
