Craft Moroccan favorites from scratch in this flavorful hands-on cooking class with Chef Linda.
The meal starts with briouats, pastries stuffed with spinach, cream cheese, onions and aromatic spices, fried until golden and flaky. Then, simmer a hearty chicken stew filled with chickpeas and apricots as your main course. On the side, enjoy fluffy couscous cooked with almonds, raisins and mint. Finally, you'll end the class on a sweet note with a traditional Moroccan dessert, walnut ghribas. Chef Linda was wonderful! Our group enjoyed learning cooking techniques, helpful tips and with a sprinkle of humor and history. The dishes were flavorful and we greatly enjoyed her company. Highly recommend!

Chef Linda brings a long and varied list of experiences to the table, from teaching to penning a book on food history. She has extensive experience in cooking instruction with adults and children, and enjoys showing others how to recreate traditional dishes for those with food allergies or special diets. Chef Linda brings great flavors, accessible techniques and interesting stories together for delightful culinary experiences.
