Cooking Class: Simple and Elegant French Cuisine

This cooking class takes on the simple yet elegant art of French Provencal cuisine. Chef Lenny leads interactive sessions with traditional techniques and use of local ingredients, fresh herbs and organic produce. You'll start with a tomato and goat cheese tart with rosemary, thyme and basil. Next is a hearty ratatouille with eggplant, zucchini and peppers with a side of grilled red snapper accented with cayenne pepper. End on a sweet note with crêpes Suzette topped with orange zest.

Such a great time with Chef Lenny! I enjoyed learning about each dish as he prepared them and they were so delicious. Complex flavors that only a talented chef can prepare. Very personable and we had a great time. I'd love to go see him again.
