You’ll work with all kinds of fresh and colorful ingredients, like sushi rice, nori, imitation crab, cooked shrimp, smoked salmon, tamago, fresh vegetables as well as fruits like mango, strawberry and banana. Plus, optional sesame seeds and sauces to help you finish your designs with extra flair. Some of the skills you'll learn include shaping, color contrast and inside-out roll designs that reveal playful faces when sliced.
