In this hands-on experience with Chef Charles, you’ll start by building a beautiful spread with baked Brie, honey, Marcona almonds, prosciutto, baguette and figs. Then, you’ll move on to a classic steak au poivre, learning how to cook it just right and finish it with a rich, creamy peppercorn sauce. You’ll balance it all out with a fresh butter lettuce salad and a light Champagne dressing. And of course, dessert steals the show. You’ll torch your own crème brûlée and crack into that perfect caramelized sugar top like a pro. Come hungry, leave impressed.
