Guided by Chef Jerry, you’ll learn the basics of home-style pizza making, following a step-by-step approach that’s easy to follow and enjoyable. The class starts with preparing pizza dough from scratch, an essential skill for creating great texture and flavor. From there, you’ll add a delicious sauce and classic toppings like sausage, peppers, onions, mushrooms and pepperoni. You’ll also make a fresh tomato, garlic and basil bruschetta that’s perfect as a starter. To finish, you’ll prepare a light semifreddo served with raspberry coulis. Reserve your spot now.

Overall, a fun class. We had three couples in our class, so there was enough space and we didn't have to wait terribly long to use some of the equipment. The advice he gave us for getting the dough to the right consistency worked perfectly. We did feel that the instructions could have been a little more clear, but we both learned a lot and had a great time. We can't ask for much more.
