You’ll also pick up practical kitchen basics like slicing and dicing, measuring and mixing and choosing ingredients that work well together. This was the best way to learn something new! It was intimate so you could see really well everything that was demonstrated, ask as many questions as you needed to and Anna was so encouraging and knowledgeable. I can make pasta from scratch with homemade Alfredo sauce now! Better than anything I’ve tasted in any restaurant.
