Cooking Class: Pizza Making for Little Chefs
This hands-on cooking class is a homemade pizza party! Chef Legina will guide young chefs through the recipes and techniques to recreate their favorite food.
Class begins by making pizza dough from scratch and mastering the techniques to knead and stretch the dough. After shaping it into a crust, the kid chefs will spread on tomato sauce, sprinkle on cheese and top their pizza with their choice of vegetables and pepperonis. As the pizza bakes to a golden brown, kids will whip up a simple side salad or fresh fruit skewers with seasonal ingredients. They'll end the class on a sweet note with a dessert prepared in advance by Chef Legina. Allow kids' culinary creativity to run wild when you book them a cooking class today!
