Then, top it with a light and fragrant pomodoro sauce made from tomatoes, garlic, basil and a drizzle of olive oil. Chef David was a wonderful host, with great culinary knowledge! His enthusiasm and love for food was infectious and I learned a great deal.
Chef David is a classically-trained culinary master with a flare for high-end dining. After training at well known schools, he stepped into the world of Hollywood catering where he worked as a private chef on mega yachts, cooking for celebrities and other successful people, including James Cameron and Roger Waters. He specializes in creating modern cuisine for his clients and cooking class students, guided and inspired by California and its bountiful farmland.
