Chef Stacy is flipping the traditional cooking class on its head with this pizza-making workshop.
In this lively cooking class, you’ll prepare a hearty Italian feast, starting with a crunchy citrus Caesar salad dusted with Parmesan. From there, you'll learn to make authentic pizza dough that'll transform your pizza nights into something special. Then, you'll build a classic pepperoni pizza topped with gooey mozzarella and handcrafted marinara sauce. You’ll also try your hand at a gourmet pear and blue cheese pizza layered with golden caramelized onions and a lush Parmesan cream sauce. To finish on a sweet note, you’ll make a light tiramisu with whipped cream, coffee and mascarpone. Book your spot today!
