The outdoor tables made it hard hear Chef Sarah talk. It seemed overpriced for me to put rice in seaweed and roll some avacado and cucumber. Others were given some imitation crab but others were not. It was fun chatting with the other couples, but for this price we could have had a good sushi meal. I would suggest smaller group (no more than 10), an inside venue where you can hear and see Chef Sarah and some quality ingredients that we would actually want to eat. Or keep it where it is but lower the price to $15 per person so the experience better matches the price.

I was really hoping to have a good experience and learn about proper technique and sushi making. Supplies and ingredients were lacking and had to share with my boyfriend. Sushi did not look like what they marketed it out to be. It also didn’t help that there were intoxicated people who were in the event and were loud and intrusive. We went all the way from Buckeye and disappointed we didn’t have a better experience.
