Using just semolina flour, water and a pinch of salt, you’ll mix, roll and shape your dough into rustic pasta curls like a true Italian nonna. Then, whip up a fresh pesto using basil, garlic, Parmesan, pine nuts and a splash of olive oil. You’ll learn all the tips and tricks to get the perfect texture and flavor.
