This was not a great experience! Very disappointed with the overall presentation, professionalism and product that was brought to us from this class. Chef was 30 mins late to the class, barely said anything the whole time and then we basically watched him make pasta! There was very little to no communication even after he walked in 30 mins late and then simply gave us a mat to wait and sit there while he prepped everything! We made our own dough and then mixed all of the dough together, and watched him boil the pasta and make the Alfredo sauce. No seasoning, not very hands on and NO CHICKEN!! This was supposed to be a fun date night experience and eneded up being a real bummer of a day and waste of money! Half the group we started with walked out and asked if they could get a refund! Definitely would not recommend !

We were really uncomfortable with this class. The instructor showed up at 1:28pm when class was supposed to begin at 1:00pm. We were given cutting boards that were still in the packaging from Walmart without being cleaned prior to the start of class. (The boards were held together with a paper strip and were not wrapped in plastic wrap, so they had the germs of anyone who may have touched them in the store on them.) Then everyone in the class was given flour and an egg to mix for the dough, which was fine, but the chef did not have everyone wash their hands prior to starting class. Then all of the dough from the whole class was put into the same ziploc bag to make the batch of pasta, so all of the germs from everyone’s hands was in the dough. At that point we realized that we would not be able to enjoy the meal and left. I really hope the instructor considers more sanitary preparation and arrives in a timely manner for any future classes that he hosts.

Lousy professionalism. He showed up 40 minutes late and didn’t even bother to grace us with a response why. For a chef I expected there to be more hygenic for the utensils we use and yet he did not wash anything. I am requesting my money back because this was a waste of time and I didn’t feel comfortable eating that food.
