Cooking Class: Rolling Vegan Sushi

Learn all about the health benefits of a plant-based diet with Chef Harold, including its abundance of vitamins, antioxidants and fiber. Already based on fresh ingredients, vegan sushi is colorful, beautiful and healthy. First, you'll make miso soup brimming with shiitake mushrooms, scallions, dried seaweed and tofu, then create a bright, no-carb sushi with avocado, asparagus, mango, shiitake mushrooms and cucumber. Follow this with a sweet potato tempura, avocado and fried garlic hand roll, and a chef-prepared ube rice cake for dessert.

Sushi with Chef Harold was amazing! He really takes you beyond the sushi making process & treats you like a friend. Not to mention, there was a birthday in our party & he made sure to make the session extra special. So fun we hope to do it again some time!
