In this foundational class, you’ll learn how to make fettuccine pasta from scratch: starting with flour and eggs and ending with delicate ribbons of fresh pasta, ready to cook or take home and enjoy. Alongside Chef Anna, you’ll roll, cut and shape the dough while learning classic techniques you can recreate in your own kitchen. As you wrap up the pasta-making, Chef Anna will guide you through preparing a traditional Alfredo sauce: the real kind, made with just a few high-quality ingredients that let the flavor shine. Rich, creamy and deeply satisfying, it’s the perfect pairing for your handmade noodles.

This was the best way to learn something new! It was intimate so you could see really well everything that was demonstrated, ask as many questions as you needed to and Anna was so encouraging and knowledgeable. I can make pasta from scratch with homemade Alfredo sauce now! Better than anything I’ve tasted in any restaurant.
