Chef Terry will teach you how to make fettuccine pasta and a creamy Alfredo sauce from scratch in this cooking class!
Begin the class by making homemade pasta dough with flour, eggs, olive oil and a pinch of salt. You'll master the technique to knead the dough, roll it out into sheets and cut it into fettuccine. As the pasta boils, whip up a decadent Alfredo sauce with heavy cream and Parmesan cheese flavored with garlic and olive oil and a sprinkle of black pepper. Mix the pasta into the sauce and serve it up. Book your cooking class today!
