In this class, you'll learn the secret to making the perfect fluffy sushi rice to be the base of your rolls and practice your knife skills as you chop fresh produce. Spread your sushi rice onto nori sheets before making two sushi rolls. First, make a veggie roll by layering pieces of mango, cucumber and avocado. The second roll is a tuna roll with refreshing cucumber. Chef Bianca will teach you the technique to roll the sushi by hand and cut it into bite-sized pieces.
