First, you'll make a classic California roll by adding fresh surimi, crisp cucumber and creamy avocado. Then, make a refreshing veggie roll with sweet mango, avocado and cucumber. A former restaurant owner in Colombia, he has also honed his skills as a line cook in several notable restaurants across Jacksonville. Chef Carlos brings deep cultural roots and refined techniques to every dish, creating vibrant and authentic cooking classes.
