Cooking Class: Teppanyaki for Beginners
Join this fun and hands-on hibachi cooking class guided by the exceptional Chef Mary.
In just three hours, you'll learn how to cook classic teppanyaki-style dishes using a portable grill or stovetop griddle, perfect for recreating the hibachi experience at home. The class kicks off with a refreshing garden salad topped with a carrot-ginger dressing, followed by your choice of seared teriyaki chicken, steak or jumbo shrimp, finished with a rich garlic-soy butter. You'll also learn to make hibachi-style fried rice and end the meal with light, fluffy Japanese soufflé cheesecakes. All the ingredients, equipment and even cleanup are provided, making it easy to focus on learning and having fun. This class is great for date nights, birthdays or any special occasion where you want to enjoy delicious food and pick up some new cooking skills.
