Cooking Class: Seafood Hibachi

Join Chef Mary for a fun three-hour cooking class where you'll make delicious seafood dishes on a small hibachi grill.


You'll start the evening with a fresh microgreen salad topped with homemade carrot-ginger dressing. Then, get grilling as you start to sear juicy lobster tails, rich salmon fillets and jumbo shrimp, all finished with a delicious garlic-soy butter. Next, stir-fry a flavorful batch of hibachi-style fried rice. And for dessert, you'll enjoy a soft and airy Japanese soufflĂ© cheesecake that melts in your mouth. Chef Mary will guide you through each step and all ingredients, grills and cleanup are provided — just bring your appetite and excitement.
