Cooking Class: Your Favorite Dishes Made Vegan
Learn how to make your favorite dishes with a vegan twist in this cooking class with Chef Miguel.
The class begins practicing knife skills to chop fresh vegetables before rolling up your ingredients in rice paper to make vegan summer rolls. Then, whip up a fresh dipping sauce to enjoy alongside it. Next, you'll have your choice of main dish. Make either a dairy-free cheese sauce for a mac and cheese with wild mushrooms or make a savory wild mushroom stroganoff. Such a nice experience! Chef Miguel is a great teacher and makes everything much more fun. The food was absolutely delicious and we are excited to add the recipes into our cooking rotation!

Chef Miguel's class was very fun and informative, he took the time to show us different kneading techniques and shared alot of tips and information about working with yeast dough. Chef Miguel was very personable, and we enjoyed his company! We would highly recommend taking his class and look forward to doing another class soon!!
