Learn how to make your favorite dishes with a vegan twist in this cooking class with Chef Miguel.
The class begins practicing knife skills to chop fresh vegetables before rolling up your ingredients in rice paper to make vegan summer rolls. Then, whip up a fresh dipping sauce to enjoy alongside it. Next, you'll have your choice of main dish. Make either a dairy-free cheese sauce for a mac and cheese with wild mushrooms or make a savory wild mushroom stroganoff. Finally, end the meal on a sweet note by creating a mousse with aquafaba, cacao and vanilla to enjoy for dessert. Discover how delicious vegan food can be and secure your spot today!
