Make homemade pasta and a homemade sauce in this hands-on Italian cooking class with Chef Miguel.
Begin the class by making a crispy bruschetta topped with fresh tomato and aromatic basil to refresh your palate. Next, combine flour, eggs and water to make tagliatelle or potato, flour and egg to make gnocchi. Plus, you'll master the technique to knead the dough and shape it into pasta. As it boils, cook a savory and rich tomato basil sauce to pair with it. Finish the meal with a tiramisù with layers of mascarpone, cacao and ladyfingers soaked in espresso for a decadent dessert.
