Then, get hands-on as you shape each cavatelli noodle from scratch. You’ll also craft a decadent cacio e pepe sauce using creamy ricotta and bold Pecorino Romano. After combining everything, top your dish with fragrant basil and chives and enjoy the satisfying reward of your own culinary creation.
