Egg rolls are a popular starter or snack around Asia. Many countries make their own variations, including Thailand and China. Learn how to craft traditional egg rolls inspired by each of these countries in this cooking class with Chef Kymberly.
She will start with the Thai-style rolls, which will be filled with pork, vegetables and clear noodles. Then, create your Chinese-style rolls, which will also feature pork and assorted vegetables. Enjoy your rolls with hot chili sauce, and sweet and sour sauce for dipping.
Our cooking classes are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase beer to enjoy during the class.
