Cooking Class: A Taste of Classic Italy
Enjoy an evening of Italian pasta classics in this heartwarming cooking class with Chef Tiff!
During this culinary class, you'll recreate much-loved pasta dishes from scratch, using techniques that have been perfected by Italian Nonnas for generations. Start by making roasted eggplant to which you'll give a modern twist with a spicy arrabbiata sauce and creamy ricotta. Of course, the main event is learning to make pasta from scratch, and for this part of the class, you'll create delicate ravioli pockets filled with a savory blend of mushrooms, spinach and goat cheese, then dress them in a smooth avocado sauce. On the side, you'll prepare a crisp bib salad featuring pickled radishes, cherry tomatoes and a light Champagne-shallot vinaigrette. You'll cap off your Italian feast with a classic crème brûlée complete with a perfectly caramelized topping.
