To begin the class, Chef Stephen will teach you how to properly salt and season the water to make flavorful gnocchi. As the potato pasta boils, you'll begin preparing the pesto sauce. Practice your knife skills to chop fresh Italian basil and garlic. Then, combine the herbs with pistachio, olive oil and Parmesan Romano cheese to make a homemade pesto. Add heavy cream to make a decadent, creamy sauce. Mix in the gnocchi and garnish with more basil and Parmesan cheese and enjoy your authentic Tuscan dish.

Very useful that we got the recipe but also detailed cooking tips. even tho the class size was around 20 there was ample opportunity to participate in prep work.

My husband and I had such a wonderful time cooking and learning with Chef Stephen! The pesto gnocchi was absolutely delicious and we even had some leftover pesto we got to bring home! Also loved the location as we were able to buy some drinks as we cooked. Highly recommend!
