Cooking Class: Sushi Making With Chef Jenny at a Local Craft Beer Bar
Embrace your inner sushi chef in this hands-on cooking class led by Chef Jenny.
Begin the class by learning the recipe for making the perfect seasoned sushi rice to use in both of your rolls. Then, spread the rice on nori sheets and layer avocado, cucumber and fresh surimi to make a California roll. Next, assemble a vegetable roll with avocado, cucumber and mango. Chef Jenny will show you the technique to roll up your creations using a traditional sushi mat. Then, cut your rolls into pieces and enjoy your sushi with savory dipping sauces.
