You'll never want to eat boxed pasta again after this hands-on cooking class with Chef Crystal.
Chef Crystal will teach you the time-honored recipe to make pasta from scratch and a homemade sauce to pair with it. Begin the class by assembling a Caesar salad to refresh your palate topped with crunch garlic croutons. Next, you'll learn the time-honored technique for making pasta dough from scratch using flour, eggs and salt. Then, learn how to knead the dough and shape it into tagliolini pasta. As the pasta cooks, whip up either a creamy Alfredo sauce with Parmesan or a fresh tomato sauce with garlic and shallots. Finish the meal on a sweet note with a zesty citrus mascarpone cheesecake with an almond crust for dessert.

What a fun night! Chef Crystal made pasta-making a blast. She put tremendous thought into preparing a lesson that let us enjoy the process. Once the pasta was made, she took everything into the kitchen, whipped up a delicious sauce, and served us a very special dinner. While we were savoring the meal, she was busy tidying everything up, leaving us to enjoy the rest of our evening. Thank you, Chef Crystal!
